G. Chris Coleman
President
Chris has worked in the industry for over 30 years concentrating on lease acquisition and portfolio management before transitioning into running the day-to-day operations of the company. He attended the New Mexico State University earning a BA in Business Management. After Chris was named President in 2012, his approach emphasized a collaborative and empowering company culture, recognizing the team's contribution as central to success.
Maxie Rey
Accountant
Maxie attended San Juan College where she earned an Associate of Banking. She continued on at New Mexico Highlands University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. She has 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
Jon Strickler
Landman/Head of Business Development
Jon has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of Texas Tech University’s Energy Commerce program, he began his career with Devon Energy and later spent a significant tenure at Unit Petroleum Company, where he focused on business development, lease acquisitions, due diligence, and deal structuring across multiple basins. Known for building strong industry relationships, Jon has negotiated and closed hundreds of transactions throughout the Mid-Continent and Permian regions.
Riley Coleman-Moss
Manager
Riley graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. After spending a gap year working at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Dallas, she went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2024, graduating cum laude. She brings a strong analytical background and a steady, solutions-driven mindset to every project she oversees.
Roberta F. Allen
CPA
Robbie has more than 30 years of experience performing accounting functions with the oil and gas industry. She graduated with a BA in Accounting from Fort Lewis College and earned an MBA from Highland University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and serves as the Vice President of the San Juan Chapter of CPAs.
Andrew Moss
CPA
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2020 and a Master of Science in Accounting in 2021 from Southern Methodist University. He has three years of public accounting experience as an auditor with KPMG and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
